Ingredients

鯖魚 (4 片)
炒芝麻 (4大匙)
麵粉 (2小匙)
蔥 (適量)
沙拉油 (適量)
 
<調味料>
滋優鮮露(鰹魚) (4大匙)
味淋風調味料本照 (2大匙)

Instructions

  1. 吸乾鯖魚水分,以<調味料>醬汁醃漬約30分鐘,使用廚房紙巾吸乾水分。
  2. 混合好之炒芝麻和小麥麵粉灑在(1)上。平底鍋裡放入沙拉油加熱後煎。
  3. 煎好後煎長蔥來配料。
