「柑橘醋醬汁」之和風雞肉燉菜

Ingredients

雞腿肉 1塊
西洋芹 1根
紅甜椒 1個
 
<A>
柑橘醋醬汁 1/2杯
蘋果汁 1/2杯
奶油 1/2大匙
粗黑胡椒(適量)

Instructions

  1. 西洋芹削除粗筋後,斜切成5mm大小。挖出紅甜椒的白筋和籽,隨意切塊。雞肉切3cm大小塊狀。
  2. 奶油入鍋後開中火熱鍋,加入雞肉煎熟,再放入西洋芹和紅甜椒一起拌炒。
  3. 起鍋前加入<A>調味,蓋上鍋蓋再煮5分鐘。裝盤前撒上粗黑胡椒調味並拌勻。
