Ingredients

雞肝 200g
生薑(細絲) 20g
大蒜 1塊
〈調味料〉
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁® 1/2杯
水 1/2杯

Instructions

  1. 雞肝切成好入口大小、泡在牛奶(分量外)或水大約30分~1小時、去除血和腥臭味。
  2. 用流水洗①、用餐巾紙擦除水分。
  3. 大蒜剝皮用刀子拍碎。
  4. 鍋裡放入「柑橘醋醬汁」、水、③、生薑開火煮。
  5. ④煮滾後再放②入鍋煮。煮的時候要多撈幾次浮在湯上的雜質。
  6. 煮個10~15分左右至食材熟透, 盛裝入盤內。
