豬絞肉 (100g)
水 (1/4杯)

Instructions

  1. 將豆芽菜洗淨,放入耐熱盤中,用保鮮膜包好後放在微波爐(600W)中加熱約2分鐘。包著保鮮膜消除餘熱。
  2. 豬絞肉充分攪拌直至變粘。加水並揉捏混合,然後加入。
  3. 在餃子皮周圍沾些水(份量外),在其上放[1]包好。
  4. 在平底鍋中將沙拉油加熱,放入餃子煎。當底部變成金黃色時,加水並蓋上蓋子。待水分完全蒸發後關火,將煎餃和[1]一起裝盤。
