Ingredients

杏包菇 1包
培根 2片
菠菜 1/2把
沙拉油 1大匙
味滋康 鰹魚露調味露2倍 2大匙
奶油 10g
黑胡椒 適量

Instructions

  1. 培根切成小塊,菠菜切成3~4等分。用手將杏鮑菇撕開成4等分。
  2. 在平底鍋上用沙拉油炒培根。當油從培根中出來時,加入杏鮑菇,上述兩個都熟後再加入菠菜。
  3. 加入奶油和“味滋康 鰹魚調味露兩倍”,迅速翻炒,最後撒上黑胡椒。
