Ingredients

鮭魚切片 2片
鴻禧菇 1包
杏鮑菇 1/2包
馬鈴薯 1個
水 1大匙
奶油 5g
巴西利 適量
<喜愛的醬料>
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁® 適量
或是
味滋康 芝麻醬(焙煎堅果)® 適量

Instructions

  1. 將鮭魚切成好入口的大小後,抹上一層薄薄的鹽。鴻禧菇去蒂掰成小塊,杏鮑菇切成長方形薄片。馬鈴薯則切成薄片後泡水後撈出。
  2. 將[1]放入耐熱容器後、上面淋上一點水、用保鮮膜封好後放入微波爐(600W)加熱6分鐘。最後放上奶油後再用保鮮膜封住,用餘熱去溶解奶油。
  3. 盛裝入盤後,撒上適量的巴西利,並淋上<個人喜愛的醬料>後完成。
