Ingredients

蛋 4個
豬五花肉 薄片 8片
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁® 1/4杯
水 1/4杯
麵粉 適量

萵苣 適量

Instructions

  1. 把蛋從冰箱拿出放至常溫,放入煮開的水中煮6~7分鐘後取出,將煮好的蛋再放入冷水中浸泡,泡涼後後剝除蛋殻。
  2. 豬肉片一片片攤平後,用紙巾吸乾水氣把[1]一個個用肉片包捲。外均勻裹上麵粉, 最後用手掌輕輕捏整成圓形。
  3. 開中火熱鍋、肉捲封口處朝下[2]放入鍋中煎,待肉捲整體都煎至變色後,淋上<A>後用中火煎至肉面呈現油亮的醬汁色澤。
  4. 將[3]取出,對半切後裝盛入盤。可在盤內加些<喜好搭配>配菜點綴。
  5. ※捲溏心蛋時,縱、橫各用一片肉片,就可將蛋完整包覆起來哦!
