Ingredients

豬里肌肉 薄片(300g)
牛腿肉 薄片(200g)
青椒 (4個)
紅甜椒 (1個)
洋蔥 (1個)
高麗菜 (3片)
番茄 (1個)
黑胡椒 (隨個人喜好)
起司粉 (隨個人喜好)
白蘿蔔泥 (200g)
綠紫蘇 (4片)
長葱 (1根)
柚子胡椒 (適量)
柑橘醋醬汁 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 青菜切成好入口大小。準備<吃的橙醋醬®>的食材。番茄切丁、綠紫蘇大略切一下不用切太細末。長葱白切成細絲。
  2. 肉片切成好入口大小後與青菜一起烤熟後, 放入盤内。
  3. 將醬料碗内加入<吃的橙醋醬® >的食材, 最後加入「柑橘醋醬汁」, 夾肉片或蔬菜沾取醬汁後享用。
