豬五花薄片 180g
舞菇 1袋(100g)
洋蔥 1/4個
沙拉油(炒菜用) 一大匙
<調味料>
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 兩大匙
味滋康 鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁 兩大匙
粗粒黑胡椒 適量
細蔥 (蔥花) 適量

Instructions

  1. 豬肉和舞菇切成好入口大小。洋蔥切薄片。
  2. 平底鍋內倒油後開火加熱,用略強的中火炒豬肉,豬肉熟後再加洋蔥,舞菇炒拌。全部的食材都炒熟了再以畫圈方式沿鍋倒入「柑橘醋醬汁」或「鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁」炒拌。
  3. 盛入盤內,可依個人喜好加些黑胡椒,細蔥更美味。
