Instructions

  1. 綠花椰菜、花椰菜分成小份,豌豆去莖後用鹽水煮,辣椒、彩椒切塊狀。
  2. 將橄欖油和切碎的大蒜放入平底鍋中,用小火慢慢炒,當大蒜變成黃褐色時,加入切成圓片的辣椒,烏賊圈,蝦和 [1] 的蔬菜,加入「鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁」,用水溶解的太白粉來勾芡,最後將其盛在容器中。
