Ingredients

烏龍麵 2球
雞蛋 1個
雞胸肉 1塊
小黃瓜 1/4根
長蔥 1/6根
紫蘇 2片
味滋康 鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁 適量

Instructions

  1. 雞胸肉去筋,加入1大匙酒 (分量外)用微波爐加熱40秒~1分鐘。去除餘熱後切細。
  2. 將雞蛋放入水中,水煮沸後再煮4分鐘,放入冷水中制成半熟雞蛋。
  3. 黃瓜要切成細絲。蔥斜著切細,用水沖洗。
  4. 煮好烏龍麵,再用冷水沖洗。將烏龍麵放在碗盤中,將[1][2][3]裝飾在碗裡色彩繽紛,加上「鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁」即可享用。
