穀物醋 (3大匙)
醬油 (1大匙)
水 (1大匙)
柴魚片 (3g)

Instructions

  1. 小黃瓜切成1~2公分之小丁,灑鹽。
  2. 加入<調味料>,部蓋保鮮膜放進微波爐加熱1分鐘。
  3. 把[2]稍微放冷後,把瀝乾的小黃瓜加入,放進冰箱醃漬20分鐘。
