Ingredients

豬肋排肉 塊狀 (500g)
蛋 (4個)
 
<A>
柑橘醋醬汁 (1杯)
水 (1杯)
生薑 (1片)
大蒜 (1瓣)
青江菜 (1小把)

Instructions

  1. 把蛋放入滾水中煮大約8分鐘煮成水煮蛋。生薑切成薄片,大蒜輕敲壓碎。青江菜縱切成8等分後,放入可微波的容器內,蓋上保鮮膜後(設定600w)微波2分鐘。
  2. 用叉子將肉塊的每一面都戳些洞後,將肉塊切成1.5cm左右厚度。
  3. 在平底鍋內倒入<A>、豬肉、薑、大蒜、蓋上紙鍋蓋和鍋蓋後用中火燉煮20分左右。加入水煮蛋後再煮10分鐘。
  4. 盛盤後將煮汁澆淋上盤,並擺入青江菜點綴。(青江菜淋上煮汁也很好吃喔)
