Ingredients

豬肉薄片 6片 (120g)
蘆筍(綠) 6根 (120g)
柑橘醋醬汁 2大匙
沙拉油 1/2大匙

Instructions

  1. 蘆筍先將較硬的根部切除,再把靠近根部的硬皮也削掉
  2. 豬肉片攤平,邊緣放上一根①後向內包捲起來, 捲好後在封口處輕壓以固定形狀。
  3. 鍋中倒沙拉油後開中火,放已捲好的②先從封口處向鍋底開始煎,邊煎邊轉動肉卷, 等到肉卷各面都煎成焦黃色後倒入柑橘醋醬汁,翻炒至肉卷表面呈現照燒醬色即可起鍋。

      ※可因應平底鍋大小, 將長蘆筍切半後捲成肉卷再煎。
