豬肉薄片 (300g)
南瓜 (1/8 個)
洋蔥 (1/2 個)
蓮藕 (1/2 節)
甜椒(紅) (1/2 個)
綠花野菜 (1/2 個)
太白粉 (適量)

料理酒 (1大匙)
鰹魚調味露二倍 (3大匙)
咖哩粉 (1小匙)

Instructions

  1. 把薄豬肉切成一半,浸泡於<醬(咖哩風味)>。南瓜、蓮藕切成銀杏撞狀,洋蔥切成梳子狀。青椒、花椰菜切成一口大小。
  2. 豬肉薄片沾上太白粉後油炸,蔬菜素炸。
