鮭魚(刺身) (4片)
 
胡椒 (適量)
鹽 (適量)
 
切片起司 (2片)
蘆筍 (1束)
麵粉 (適量)
蛋 (適量)
麵包粉 (適量)
炸油 (適量)
 
金芝麻醬(粗粒) (適量)
 
芝麻醬 (堅果)

Instructions

  1. 鮭魚切成薄片,放於保鮮膜上輕輕打扁,灑上麵粉。將隨意切好的起司與蘆筍放在鮭魚的一半後折起來。依麵粉、蛋、麵包粉的順序沾。
  2. 將炸油加溫至中溫程度炸。
  3. 盛盤後配菜,依個人喜好淋上味滋康金芝麻醬。
