Ingredients

豬五花肉一塊 300g
水煮蛋 2個
生薑 1片
大蒜 1瓣
四季豆 適量
<調味料>
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁® 1/2杯
水 1/2杯

Instructions

  1. 豬五花肉塊切1cm寬。 
  2. 生薑連皮切薄片。大蒜稍微輕拍壓碎。
  3. 不鏽鋼或是不沾鍋的鍋子裡倒入<調味料>和②、煮滾。
  4. 煮滾了放①剝殼水煮蛋、蓋上鍋蓋用中火煮10分鐘。
  5. 把煮好的豬肉盛裝入盤內、搭配切開的水煮蛋。可依照個人喜好裝飾去除菜梗後快速煮熟的四季豆。
