Ingredients

豬肉片 200g
節瓜 1條(170g)
沙拉油 1大匙
大蒜泥 1/2小匙
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 2大匙

Instructions

  1. 豬肉切成一口大小,節瓜切成4cm長,縱向切成6等份。
  2. 在平底鍋中放入沙拉油、蒜泥,用中火炒,直到散發出香氣。
  3. 將[1]中的豬肉放入中火中炒,加熱後取出一次。在同一個煎鍋中炒節瓜,當表面稍微呈現焦色時,用紙巾擦掉多餘的油。
  4. 將豬肉放入 [3] 中,加入“味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁”,拌炒即可享用。
