烏龍麵 (2球)
豬肉片 薄切 (200g)
 
<醬料>
鰹魚調味露二倍 (100ml)
水 (50ml)
薑末 (1片量)
茗荷 (1根)
小黃瓜 (1/3根)
白芝麻 (適量)
 
<醬汁>
水 (1杯)

Instructions

  1. 豬肉切成方便食用大小。<醬料>入鍋中煮開後,將豬肉放入煮約5分鐘至入味。
  2. 茗荷和小黃瓜切細絲。
  3. 將煮好已放涼的烏龍麵盛入碗內,[1][2]擺置麵上後淋上<醬汁>,最後撒上白芝麻。
