Ingredients

生薑 (20g)
蜂蜜 (50g)
冰糖 (50g)
米醋 (100ml)

Instructions

  1. 生薑洗淨後,把水分擦乾,不用削皮切成薄片即可
  2. 在密封罐中倒入蜂蜜與「純米醋」或「蘋果醋」,攪拌至蜂蜜溶解。接著放入生薑及冰糖,蓋上蓋子置於陰涼處
  3. 一天一次輕搖密封罐使其混合,約放置一週後把生薑取出即可飲用
  4. 可以以1:5的比例加水稀釋後飲用
