Ingredients

鮭魚 (刺身用) 1片
洋蔥 1/6個
味茲康 鮮藏果香 柚子醋醬汁 4大匙
橄欖油 1大匙
白飯 2杯
水菜 1把
白芝麻 1小匙
蔥花 適量

Instructions

  1. [1] 將鮭魚切為1.5cm塊狀。洋蔥切薄片。水菜切大約3cm左右長度。
  2. [2] 在大碗裡放入鮭魚、洋蔥、「鮮藏果香 柚子醋醬汁」、橄欖油、並充分攪拌入味。
  3. [3] 把飯盛入碗內、放入水菜及[2]的食材。撒上白芝麻、蔥花點綴, 最後再淋上[2]的醬汁。
