Ingredients

肉用的豬肉薄片 150g
番茄 大的1顆
茄子 1條
沙拉油 (炒菜用) 1大匙
青紫蘇 2張
白芝麻 適量
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 適量
或是
味滋康 金芝麻焙煎堅果 適量

Instructions

  1. [1] 番茄切1.5cm大小的塊狀。茄子切成兩半再切成適當長度的條狀。鍋裏燒開水後把涮肉片用的豬肉快速涮一下撈起,放濾網上讓肉片冷卻。青紫蘇用手撕碎。
  2. [2] 在平底鍋裏倒入沙拉油後開火煎茄子,煎至茄子表面變色。
  3. [3] 把番茄、茄子鋪在盤內。豬肉片與紫蘇拌好後放在盤中央,撒上白芝麻。淋上「柑橘醋醬汁」或者「金芝麻焙煎堅果」享用。
