Ingredients

麵線(乾) (3束)
牛肉 切薄片 (250g)
蔥 (1根)
韭菜 (1/4根)
蒜頭(薄切) (1片)
沙拉油 (1大匙)
溫泉蛋 (2個)
 
<調味料>
鰹魚調味露二倍 (1杯)
水 (1/2杯)

Instructions

  1. 牛肉片切成好入口大小。蔥切斜段、韭菜切成3公分長。<調味料>的材料混合好一旁備用。
  2. 平底鍋中倒沙拉油後開火加熱, 爆香蒜片。加入牛肉片拌炒,炒至牛肉快熟變色時,加入蔥一起炒。蔥炒至有點焦黃色後,加入<調味料>一起煮。煮至蔥稍微變軟,最後加入韭菜略炒一下就起鍋。
  3. 麵線入滾水煮熟,放入冷水沖涼後撈起,盛入碗中。
  4. [3]淋上[2]最後在上面擺上溫泉蛋。
