舞菇 1包(100g)
洋蔥 1/4個
沙拉油 (炒菜用) 1大匙
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 2大匙
粗粒黑胡椒 需要在使用
青蔥 (切蔥花) 需要在使用

Instructions

  1. [1] 豬肉和舞菇切吃入口大小。洋蔥切薄片。
  2. [2] 平底鍋里加熱沙拉油,開中火炒豬肉,豬肉熟了後加入洋蔥和舞茸一起炒。都炒熟後就倒入「柑橘醋醬」炒勻。
  3. [3] 盛入盤裏,再依個人喜好撒些粗粒黑胡椒、蔥花享用。
