Ingredients

豬里肌肉片 (300g)
白菜 (1/4個)
胡麻豆腐 (2包)
生豆皮 (4片)
蔥 (1/2根)
水菜 (1把)
烤麩 (1/4個)
芝麻豆乳鍋高湯 (開封即用型) (1袋)

Instructions

  1. 豬肉切成3~4cm左右好入口大小。白菜切成適當大小。蔥切斜長段。水菜切成4~5cm左右長。烤麩切成5mm左右寬度大小。
  2. 芝麻豆乳鍋高湯包稍微搖混均勻後倒入鍋內,煮沸後加入①持續煮到食材熟透。
  3. 最後,把芝麻豆腐與生豆皮切成好入口大小後、加進②的鍋內。
