Ingredients

涼麵麵條 (2球)
鰹魚醬油露 (3大匙)
穀物酢 (4大匙)
麻油 (2大匙)
蛋絲 蛋 (1個份)
小黃瓜 (1根)
火腿 (4片)
番茄 (適量)
豆芽菜 (1/4袋)
味滋康 金芝麻醬 焙煎堅果 (大さじ5~6)
芝麻醬 (堅果) (5-6 Tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. 小黃瓜、火腿切成細絲。豆芽菜川燙後,放涼, 再放入冰箱冷藏。
  2. 涼麵麵條放入鍋内用大量的水煮熟後, 放入冰水內冷卻。
  3. 將麵放入碗盤內, 擺上[1]的食材增添色彩, 淋上「調味料」。
  4. 再淋上「金芝麻 焙煎荒挽」或是「金芝麻 焙煎堅果」2~3大匙左右即可。
