芝麻醬炒高麗菜雞肉

Ingredients

紅辣椒 0.2g
沙拉油 適量
雞腿肉(業務用) 100g
洋蔥 20g
高麗菜 80g
味滋康 練芝麻醬 45ml
白蔥絲 5g

Instructions

  1. 平底鍋上放油和切圓片的辣椒後開小火加熱,炒出辣椒的香氣便熄火取出辣椒放一旁備用。雞肉切一口大小,稍微撒些鹽巴和胡椒(份量外)。
  2. 開中火~微弱的大火後,放雞肉入鍋用①的油煎一下,煎至表面上有焦香色澤後,加入切5mm片狀的洋蔥快炒,等鍋內食材炒快熟時再加入切成一口大小的高麗菜繼續炒,最後用「練芝麻醬」調味。
  3. 將炒好的雞肉跟菜盛裝入盤, 撒上白蔥絲,以及①的紅辣椒放在菜上點綴。
