Ingredients

苹果:半个(125g)
柠檬:6片(60g)
味滋康 穀物醋:30ml
蜂蜜:42g
水:450ml
薄荷:适量

Instructions

  1. 将「谷物醋」和蜂蜜混合加水搅拌至蜂蜜溶解。
  2. 将苹果洗干净后带皮切成5mm厚,将柠檬洗干净后切成2mm的圆片。
  3. 根据个人喜好把薄荷和②一起加到①里后放冰箱冷藏3~4小时。
  4. 直接饮用即可,加入薄荷口感更佳。
      腌渍时间可根据个人喜好。(1个小时后开始即可享用。)
        腌渍后的水果可以根据个人喜好食用,可与酸奶和冰沙等配合食用。
          做好后放入冰箱内保存,尽量当日饮用完毕。
            请尽量避免使用金属容器。
