Ingredients

高麗菜 (1/5 個)
紅蘿蔔 (適量)
蛋 (1 個)
培根 (1 片)
沙拉油 (2大匙)
 
<沙拉醬調味料>
蘋果醋 (2大匙)
鹽 (1/2小匙)
砂糖 (1小匙)

Instructions

  1. 高麗菜與紅蘿蔔切成細絲,混合好。
  2. 將蛋水煮後分別蛋黃與蛋白,切成細末。
  3. 培根切成細末,平底鍋裡加入沙拉油簡單吵。
  4. [1]上放[2]淋上<調味醬>與[3]後,攪拌全體即可享用。
