Ingredients

豬肉 涮肉用 400g
高麗菜 1/4顆
胡蘿蔔 1/2根
洋葱 1個
金針菇 1袋
水菜 1/2袋
水 適量
酒 1大匙
塩 1撮
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁® 適量
味滋康 芝麻醬 (練芝麻)® 適量

Instructions

  1. 高麗菜和胡蘿蔔切細絲。(胡蘿蔔用刨絲器或切片機切薄片也可以。)水菜根部用手捏掉,捲起後對半切,洋葱沿著纖維切薄片,金針菇根部切除後撕成一條一條。
  2. 將鍋中水煮開後,放入酒和塩。
  3. 先將蔬菜和金針菇放入鍋中,稍微煮一下,再加入豬肉片煮開後,就可以和豐富的蔬菜搭配「柑橘醋醬汁」或「芝麻醬」一起享用哦。
