Ingredients

豬大里肌肉 (2塊)
鹽 (少許)
胡椒 (少許)
 
雞蛋 (1個)
麵粉 (適量)
麵包屑 (適量)
油炸油 (適量)
 
番茄 (1/2個)
高麗菜(2片)
 
香芹 (少許)
奶油萵苣 (片)
 
蘿蔔泥 (daikon) (1/2杯)

Instructions

  1. 在豬肉上撒些鹽和胡椒粉,依序裹上麵粉、雞蛋、麵包屑,然後在油裡炸。
  2. 將番茄縱切成8等分。高麗菜切成細絲。
  3. 用奶油萵苣、高麗菜、番茄、香芹裝飾器皿。將略瀝乾水分的蘿蔔泥放在剛炸好的豬排上,淋上「柑橘醋醬汁」。
