Ingredients

豬五花薄片 200g
白菜 1/4個
長葱 3根
塩 1小匙
黑胡椒粉 1/4小匙
芝麻油 2大匙
<沾醬>
味滋康 鰹魚調味露二倍濃縮2倍 1/2杯
水 1杯
<喜好推薦>
芥末 適量
柚子胡椒 適量

Instructions

  1. 豬肉片對半切、白菜切成大塊。
  2. 長葱切成薄片,撒上塩和粗黑胡椒粉,再加入芝麻油拌勻。
  3. 一層白菜一層豬肉的順序依序擺入鍋內,中心處放【2】,開小火慢慢蒸熟。
  4. 將<沾醬>稍微溫熱一下使用。依喜好可加入芥末或柚子胡椒。
