Ingredients

豬肉 (300g)
白蘿蔔 (1/3根)
 
<調味料>
鰹魚調味露二倍 (1 杯)
味淋風調味料本照 (1/2 杯)
水 (1/2杯)

Instructions

  1. 豬肉切成3公分長。白蘿蔔切1cm厚度的半月形。蔥切成5cm長。
  2. 鍋裡放入<調味料>滾煮,加入豬肉燉煮15分鐘。
  3. 在2裡放入白蘿蔔和蔥煮到湯汁剩1/3。
