Ingredients

牡蠣 (1包)
油豆腐 (1塊)
蘿蔔泥 (1/2根)
白菜 (3片)
大蔥 (1根)
鴻禧菇 (1/2包)
水菜 (1株)
海陸鍋高湯 (開封即用型) (1袋)

Instructions

  1. 把白菜切好入口大小,蔥切斜段。水菜切4~5cm左右長。油豆腐先放入烤箱烤到表面稍微上色的程度後,切成9等分。鴻禧菇去蒂後掰散。牡蠣用鹽水洗淨後備用。
  2. 將「味滋康 海陸鍋高湯」搖晃均勻後倒入鍋中,開火加熱。
