蛤蠣 (400g)
蔥 (1/2根)
薑 (1/2片)
萬能蔥 (2根)
料理酒 (1/2杯)

Instructions

  1. 蛤蠣吐沙後以清水洗淨。
  2. 鍋裡放入蛤蠣與酒,蓋鍋蓋悶煮。
  3. 蛤蠣開口時,將切成細末之蔥與薑放入再煮後關火。
  4. 將煮好的③盛盤,灑上已切好的萬能蔥。
