Ingredients

豬五花薄片 160g
白菜 1/8個(315g)
薑泥 1小匙
胡椒 1大匙
麻油 2小匙
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 2大匙
味淋 1大匙
細蔥(切蔥花) 適量

Instructions

  1. 白菜切成一口大小.豬肉切3~4cm長.
  2. 平底鍋上倒入胡麻油開火加熱,放入豬肉,薑泥,胡椒和白菜芯後開中火炒.豬肉炒熟再加上白菜葉子的部分繼續炒.
  3. 在②裡放入「柑橘風味调味料」炒拌入味.
  4. 把③盛在盤子上,可依照個人喜好撒些蔥花享用.
