Ingredients

米 (3合)
壽司醋 (90ml)
白芝麻 (2大匙)
鮪魚 (1塊)
山葵 (適量)
海苔 (適量)
萬能蔥 (適量)
醬油 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 白米洗好後放入電鍋煮。要比平常少的水量煮。
  2. 煮好的白飯上淋上,味滋康壽司醋並加上白芝麻,已起攪拌冷卻。
  3. 鮪魚切片,萬能蔥切成小口大小。
  4. 碗裡放入壽司飯,上面放鮪魚、萬能蔥、已切好的海苔,山葵即可享用!
