Ingredients

雞柳 4片(200g)
洋蔥 1/4個
青椒 1個
鹽 少一點
胡椒 少一點
太白粉 1大匙
沙拉油 1大匙

味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 1/4杯
水 1/4杯

Instructions

  1. [1] 洋蔥切薄片,青椒切細絲.
  2. [2] 鐵盤倒入<A>,放入[1]醃一下.
  3. [3] 把雞柳多餘水分擦乾,切成一口大小的片狀.再均勻撒上少量太白粉後.拿平底鍋倒沙拉油開中火加熱,把雞柳煎至兩面焦黃.
  4. [4] [3]放入[2]拌炒均勻.炒至雞柳表面裹上稠稠湯汁後起鍋,盛裝入盤.
