Ingredients

雞腿肉 1片
或 雞胸肉 1片
洋蔥 1/2顆
紅蘿蔔 1/2根
青椒 1顆
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 1/4杯
水 1/4杯
麵粉 適量
炸油 適量

Instructions

  1. 洋蔥切成薄片。紅蘿蔔、青椒切成細絲。
  2. [1]放入托盤中,倒入<A>醃漬。
  3. 雞肉表面上的水用廚房紙巾擦乾後,切成一口大小,並裹上薄薄的麵粉。平底鍋倒入約1cm高的沙拉油後,開始油炸。
  4. 炸至呈現香酥色澤時,放入[2]內均勻裹上醬汁。
  5. 醃漬到雞肉入味麵衣後,即可盛裝盤內享用。
