香煎雞肉混切蔬菜沙拉

Ingredients

雞腿肉(業務用) (125g)
塩・胡椒 (0.15 g)
沙拉油 (6g)
紫洋蔥 (25g)
西洋芹 (15g)
酪梨 (15g)
番茄 (40g)
生菜 (15g)
紫高麗菜 (5g)
黃豆 (袋裝乾燥) (5g)
沙拉醬 (芥末) (20 ml)

Instructions

  1. 雞肉灑上塩・胡椒後、用加了沙拉油的平底鍋煎熟。
  2. 紫洋蔥、西洋芹切薄片。酪梨、番茄切成2cm左右塊狀。萵苣、紫高麗菜切成好入口大小。
  3. 切成一口大小的①和②、加入水煮熟的黃豆, 最後淋上「芥末醬油沙拉醬」享用。
