香煎雞肉生菜沙拉

Ingredients

雞胸肉 (1塊)

鹽・胡椒 (少量)
酒 (1小匙)
橄欖油 (1小匙)
大蒜 (1/2片)
生菜 (3片)
小松菜 (1/4把)
小番茄 (2個)
小黃瓜 (1根)
蛋 (2個)
沙拉油 (1小匙)
芝麻醬 (堅果) (適量)

Instructions

  1. 把雞胸肉切成一口大小。與<A<的調味料攪拌均勻後,放上薄切的大蒜後靜置15分鐘。平底鍋熱鍋後倒入沙拉油,大火煎雞肉至上色。
  2. 生菜與小松菜切成好入口大小後放入冷水中浸泡。小黃瓜、小番茄也切成好入口大小。
  3. 把[1]與[2]混合拌勻,放上半熟蛋後再淋上「味滋康 金芝麻 焙煎堅果」即大功告成!
