Ingredients

馬鈴薯 (2個)
洋蔥 (1/2個)
培根 (2片)
胡椒 (少量)
沙拉油 (適量)
披薩用起司 (適量)
芹菜 (適量)
 
金芝麻醬(粗粒) (3大匙)
芝麻醬 (堅果)

Instructions

  1. 馬鈴薯剝皮切成1公分大小之圓型,放進微波爐500w3分鐘加熱。
  2. 洋蔥切片,培根切成1.5公分寬度,平底鍋裡加入沙拉油加熱,炒洋蔥與培根後取出。
  3. 再加一些沙拉油後,把[1]放入,炒至兩面變金黃色,再把[2]放進來,加鹽與胡椒調味。
  4. 將[3]放入耐熱器裡,依個人喜好淋上尉滋康金芝麻醬與起司。放進200度的烤箱裡烤。烤至表面變金黃色為止。把切成細末的芹菜灑上即可!
