Ingredients

蝦仁(小)50g
玉米罐頭(一罐)1大匙
太白粉 1/2小匙
料理酒 1小匙
芝麻醬(堅果)1大匙
吐司 2~3片
巴西里(切末)少許

Instructions

  1. 用菜刀把蝦仁剁成蝦泥。玉米罐頭的玉米撈出瀝乾。吐司去邊切成四等份。
  2. 將< A >的材料放在碗裡混合,用奶油刀將混合好的料均勻塗在①的吐司上面。
  3. 烤箱預熱後,將②烤約5~6分鐘至顏色略呈現金黃香酥。取出盛入盤內,撒上巴西里點綴。
