Ingredients

米飯 (1合)
 
<合醋>
米醋 (1又1/3大匙)
砂糖 (1大匙)
鹽 (少量)
 
花枝(刺身用) (80g)
鮪魚(刺身用) (80g)
 
山葵 (適量)
醬油 (適量)
 
蛋 (1個)
紫蘇 (3片)
小黃瓜 (1/4 根)

Instructions

  1. 煮後的白飯裡加入<合醋>。
  2. 使用不沾鍋平底鍋並不加油吵蛋。
  3. 小黃瓜切成細絲,紫蘇切成細絲。
  4. 花枝與鮪魚生魚片將與醬油與哇沙米混合。
  5. ①裡放小黃瓜、紫蘇、生魚片、炒蛋的順序盛盤。
