Ingredients

豬五花肉片 燒烤用 (100g)
洋蔥 1個 (170g)
紅椒 1/2個 (60g)
黃椒 1/2個 (60g)
香油 1大匙
柑橘醋醬汁 2大匙
蔥(切成蔥花) (適量)

Instructions

  1. 將豬肉切成好入口大小。
  2. 洋蔥切半月形。 紅椒和黃椒切開取出中間的籽,亂刀切成一口塊狀。
  3. 平底鍋熱鍋後倒麻油入鍋,加入①拌炒,炒熟後加入②再繼續拌炒。 炒至洋蔥變軟時,加入“ 柑橘醋醬汁”迅速拌炒收汁。
  4. 起鍋並盛盤,撒上蔥花點綴。
