Ingredients

鯖魚 1/2魚身兩片
長蔥 1條
生薑 1塊
<調味料>
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁® 3/4杯
水 3/4杯

Instructions

  1. 鯖魚稍微沖洗一下、用餐巾紙擦乾水分、再切一半。皮的部分斜切出刀口。
  2. 生薑外皮洗淨、連皮切薄片。長蔥切4cm長段。
  3. 在鍋子裡放入<調味料>和[2]煮滾。加入鯖魚後再度煮滾時、蓋上紙落蓋・鍋蓋後轉小火煮10分鐘左右,盛裝入盤內。
