Ingredients

鯛魚 3片
白菜 1/4個
豆花 1盒
蔥 1根
山芹菜 1根
香菇 4朵
紅蘿蔔 1/4根
油豆腐 1塊
芝麻豆乳鍋高湯 (開封即用型) (1袋)
柚子胡椒 (適宜)

Instructions

  1. 鯛魚用烤爐烤到魚皮呈現香酥色澤的程度。
  2. 白菜切成適當大小。紅蘿蔔押出花的造型。蔥切斜長段。香菇去除蒂頭後雕花。山芹菜切成3~4cm左右長度。油豆腐稍微去油後切成1cm左右寬條狀。豆腐切成好入口大小
  3. 將芝麻豆乳鍋高湯稍微搖晃均勻後倒入鍋內,開火。
  4. ③沸騰後、加入①、②、等到食材熟透後,再依個人喜好沾些柚子胡椒一起享用更美味哦!
