Ingredients

鯛魚(生魚片用) 帶皮500g
洋蔥 2個
蛤蜊 20個
新鮮海帶芽 300g
芹菜 1/2把
海陸鍋高湯(開封即用型)1袋
柑橘調味料(適量)

Instructions

  1. 鯛魚連皮切成3mm左右厚度。洋蔥輪切成1~2mm左右厚度。新鮮海帶芽切成10cm左右長度。芹菜切成10cm左右長度。蛤蜊放鹽水吐砂並將殼洗淨。
  2. 鍋內倒入「海陸鍋高湯」、開火煮至沸騰。
  3. 在②中加入蛤蜊與洋蔥。再次沸騰後,加入新鮮海帶芽、芹菜,鯛魚片稍微涮過後,沾取「柑橘醋醬汁」就可食用。
