豬肉炒肉片 150g
高麗菜 2張(200g)
鹽 少一點
麻油 1大匙
味滋康 鰹魚調味露 濃縮2倍 3大匙
粗粒黑胡椒 適當的量

Instructions

  1. 高麗菜切成一口大小。
  2. 平底鍋放麻油開中火加熱,加豬肉入鍋炒至變色, 加上[1]的高麗菜再撒點鹽,用大火快炒。高麗菜炒軟後再以畫圈方式沿鍋倒「鰹魚調味露 濃縮2倍」,快炒至食材入味後起鍋。
  3. 盛入盤內, 撒些粗粒黑胡椒。
