味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 1/3杯
酒 3大匙
薑汁 2小匙
鹽 3把
胡椒 少一點

Instructions

  1. [1] 用叉子在雞翅(或肋排條)各處刺幾下,鹽2搓,胡椒粉少許撒上後備用。
  2. [2] 「柑橘醋醬汁」中加入蘋果,薑汁、酒後攪拌均勻。
  3. [3] [2]加入[1],醃製3小時以上。
  4. [5] 用烤箱慢慢烤熟。(沒有的話也可用烤麪包機烤)
